2. Service Description
ConfigCobra provides automated cloud security and CIS benchmark assessments for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune. Features, availability, and performance may vary during the early-access (testing) period.
3. Beta / Early-Access Disclaimer
ConfigCobra is currently made available to selected users in an early-access program. The platform may change, experience downtime, or introduce modifications without prior notice. No uptime or performance guarantees are provided during this phase.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any configuration, tenant data, or connection settings you provide. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with system integrity.
5. Data Handling

6. Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared with you about upcoming features, designs, or roadmaps is confidential and may not be redistributed without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, design elements, and underlying technologies are the exclusive property of ConfigCobra and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.
8. Termination
ConfigCobra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms are detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
ConfigCobra is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the service, including misconfigurations, downtime, or data inaccuracies.
