How is the user count calculated?
Licensed Microsoft 365 users in your tenant (excluding guest accounts). The tier you fall into is based on the total user count in the tenants you connect.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your user count grows. When upgrading, you are charged only for the remaining days in your billing period.
What if I have more than 10,000 users or multiple tenants?
